The 2005 Family Reunion went off flawlessly. The weather was the best it's ever been, the mosquitoes were apparently on holiday, and the people came in droves. Harmonic convergence or just dumb luck, there's really no way to tell. But as the poet once said "any who remained a-bed shall think themselves accursed they were not here". (Alright, that's not exactly what he said, but it's probably what he meant.)
I have posted some of my photos from the occasion on the "Highlights" page. Perhaps others will email me their photos and I will add them to this collection. (Some of my photos did not make it home. Apparently some of the electrons found it too inconvenient to remain bundled on such a small compact flash disk...)
Note, however, that Sean Carr has been loading his photos up onto his own site, and invites others to share their photos there. The address to his site is: http://www.seancarr.net/gallery/albums.php Toward the bottom of the page you will see a link inviting you to upload your photos. I, myself, have just survived this process and I found it to be quite painless. Sean has provided directions that can be printed out, which will walk you through step by step. Stop by and take a look.
... Also, take note of the new family history on the "Biography" tab entitled "Home Country". New details surface all the time. (If you happen to have any of those details please email them to r.lloydjones@mchsi.com. Similarly, if you have a new or updated email address (or snail mail address for that matter) please send them to this same address.)
